Racist tram rant accused Emma West remanded after court hearing

A woman accused of racially abusing fellow passengers on a busy tram watched a film of her alleged rant when she appeared in the dock.

Emma West, 34, appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.

She cried as the three magistrates watched the footage, which has now been seen more than 11 million times online.

Ms West was remanded in custody until 3 January.

The defendant, of New Addington, was arrested after the footage, filmed on a Croydon to Wimbledon tram, was posted on YouTube.

A bail application was made by Ms West’s solicitor David Ewings, but it was denied by the magistrate Ian McNeal to protect her safety.

She was remanded in custody to appear by videolink for a committal hearing at Croydon Magistrates’ Court.

Earlier, an administrative error led to the defendant entering a not guilty plea, but the court file was later amended to show she has not yet pleaded

But chief magistrate Gerald Ellis refused to release West. He said: “We hear a number of death threats have been made.”

Dear Home Secretary

I am writing to you to protest the outrageous arrest of Miss Emma West on a charge of allegedly racially abusing Poles and various non-white immigrants. I have to say that I found the video very distressing. It was yet another reminder of the kind of changes that immigrants have inflicted on England. To live in the south-east of England, to have to endure day in and day out the unwelcome presence of millions of non-white immigrants must eventually exact its toll on a member of the white indigenous population. Close and unavoidable contact with blacks is psychologically stressful, culturally repellent, disorientating and often very dangerous. There are no advantages whatsoever, just problems.

There comes a time when a person just cannot take any more. Every day on the BBC and the other monopoly stream media people are told that diversity is a wonderful gift; that immigrants enrich us and so on, ad nauseam. The reality is somewhat different. Immigration is destroying our country and in the process people like Emma West and millions of other white people are being racially, culturally and physically dispossessed and turned into a cowed minority in their own country. Emma West had enough: she speaks for millions of white people.

I cannot see anything in the video that would justify her being arrested. I conclude therefore that the arrest of Emma West was motivated by political expediency and maliciousness. The aim of her arrest was to cow other whites into silence so that they will not speak out against what is happening to England.

Jeremy Hardy (BBC) demands that people who voted for the BNP be executed; Cameron incites hatred and violence towards Nick Griffin MEP by publicly referring to him as ‘a ghastly piece of filth’ and Clarkson says that public sector workers should be executed in front of their families. Clarkson was only being ‘silly’. Is that what Cameron said? And what happens when a young mother speaks for England? You send the useless police, the same cowards who were too frightened to deal with black immigrant rioters in August, to arrest her. Meanwhile the immigrants keep swarming into England, pushing us aside, mocking us and living off the wealth of another nation. And if an Englishwoman protests in language that might be inappropriate in a university seminar (unless you are black and from the hood of course) but summarises the problem in brutally plain English, she is treated as if she is a monster.

Emma West has a son. Her son has been stolen from her. If he suffers any harm from paedophiles, perverts, blacks who hate whites, immigrant doctors who can just about walk and talk – not necessarily decent English – at the same time, you will be responsible. Emma West must be released immediately, reunited with her family and left in peace. Then you can give the order to expel the immigrants. I want my England, my Motherland back. Get on with it.

But on Twitter, the righteous have massed.  The Twitter Hunters are in favour of shooting the mother and leaving her child possibly orphaned. Some order  a hit. The poor drivers get the brunt of it when they ask a non-white to leave because their bus pass is out of date, so the black response is to become aggressive and racially abuse the driver in language that would make a docker blush.

 Across England there have been many racist murders committed by blacks against whites on public transport, a white mother in Birmingham was even murdered a couple of years ago simply for telling a black off for barging past her in the queue.

 

And after all this, I have not once seen anyone on TV condemning the blacks for their ‘vile’ and ‘disgusting’ racial abuse against whites, only seems to be ‘vile’ and ‘disgusting’ when it’s a white against a black.

Although most immigrants are not aware of it – it is a lie that was manufactured by Marxists for the purposes of breaking down and enslaving the once proud British people. It is working! All the same those people from jungles, deserts, swamps and mud huts who stalk our streets thinking that they have just won life’s lottery draw – also know damn well that in reality if the British one day manage to snap back into proper consciousness and sanity – and throw off their psychological self hatred sickness – then the game will indeed be well and truly up.

Rosario Munoz DeGarcia (DOB 05-13-65), Guadalupe Garcia (DOB 09-14-84), and Jorge Garcia Munoz (DOB 03-16-87) have been arrested for the murder of Faustino Garcia Garcia (DOB 10-12-49). On the morning of February 12, 2003 Faustino Garcia’s body was found in a small field located adjacent to the Hood River Middle School and a short distance from the Garcia family residence. He had been shot multiple times and shell casings were recovered from the scene where the body was located. Rosario Munoz Garcia was the wife of Faustino Garcia at the time of the murder. Jorge Garcia Munoz and Guadalupe Garcia are the children of Rosario and Faustino. The suspects had reported Faustino Garcia missing to the police on the same morning that his body was discovered after an investigation that spanned 8 years. Detective Anthony Frasier of the Hood River Police Department, assisted by other officers, arrested the three suspects. They are being held in the NORCOR regional jail on charges of Murder and Criminal Conspiracy. All three suspects are scheduled for appearance in Hood River Circuit Court at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. It is anticipated that they will be arraigned on indictments at that time. There is no further information available for public dissemination at this time.

On November 25, 2011 at 6:21 p.m. Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to a call of a stabbing at Southeast 72nd and Flavel Street. Arriving officers located a juvenile male stabbed in the back. When officers arrived the victim was at a convenience store at 72nd and Flavel and indicated that the stabbing took place at another location.

Information developed by officers on the scene suggests that this is a gang related stabbing.

The victim is suffering from what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries and has been transported to an area hospital.

East Precinct officers and the Gang Violence Reduction Team are on scene looking for a suspect at this time.

As this is an ongoing investigation no additional details are currently available

On Friday, November 26, 2011 at 11:14pm, Tualatin Police responded to a stabbing that occurred at 18540 SW Boones Ferry Road, in Tualatin.

When officers arrived they discovered that the victim and the suspect, identified as the victim’s uncle, had been in an altercation regarding family matters. Officers found the victim, Alcantar Vega, Eric, 21 years of age, had been stabbed in the chest with a box knife. The victim was transported by ambulance to OHSU. The extent of his injuries is unknown.

The suspect, Alcantar Vega, Ramiro, 54 years of age, was taken into custody and lodged at the Washington County Jail. He is being charged with First Degree Assault, Menacing, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Please contact Washington County Jail for a mug shot.

Alcohol was a factor during this incident. The holidays can be a stressful time for some and Tualatin Police urge families to drink responsibly and make the most of peaceful family gatherings.

Los Angeles police gave a fuller description Friday of the woman who pepper-sprayed fellow shoppers at a Porter Ranch Wal-Mart, apparently in an effort to gain a competitive edge during a Thanksgiving night “Black Friday” sale on video-game consoles.
Police described the woman as a Latina, Mexican Breeder in her early to late 30s, wearing black pants and a black sweater during the late Thursday night assault. LAPD Det. Gus Villanueva said the woman stands about 5-foot-3 and weighs about 140 pounds.
Although more people may have been affected, 10 customers were treated at the scene by city firefighters, he said. Witnesses said the woman was bent on nabbing an Xbox game console, which was one of the Black Friday specials at the store.
There were reports that the woman managed to buy one of the consoles, and Villanueva said LAPD detectives were reviewing video surveillance and receipts in an effort to identify the suspect.
“Crowds like this, a panic can ensue, people could fall and be trampled on if people are stampeding in an effort to get away from this,” Villanueva said Friday afternoon. “I know there’s tough economic times for some and sales are great, but in the spirit of the season let’s exercise some patience at these sales events. We don’t want anyone to be injured.”
North Hills residents Sue McManus, 48, a consulting firm conference coordinator, and her husband, Danny, 49, a movie makeup assistant, were at the Porter Ranch store when the pepper-spray incident happened.
They were there for a 40-inch Samsung LCD TV marked down from $698 to $598. Danny McManus said “people were flying and pushing past us” in the health and beauty section because the electronics section was so crowded. The couple decided to leave when his eyes started getting irritated.
“I’m not putting up with pepper spray for one TV,” he said. “There wasn’t a place in the store where you couldn’t smell the stuff. … It was a gnarly, burning smell.”
Villanueva said anyone with information on the incident is asked to call detectives at (818) 832-0609.

Clark-Skamania Drug Task Forces Arrests Mexican Ramon Lopez Guitron  Presumed Illegal  Methamphetamine Trafficker

On November 23, 2011, the Clark-Skamania Drug Task Force concluded an investigation into the unlawful trafficking of methamphetamine out of the El Rancho Viejo restaurant in Vancouver, WA.

The restaurant’s owner, Ramon Lopez Guitron (44), was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, and one count of maintaining a drug dwelling.

His arrest follows an undercover investigation in which the Clark-Skamania Drug Task Force made multiple purchases of methamphetamine from Guitron at the restaurant. The amount of the purchases ranged in quantity from one ounce to one and a half pounds of methamphetamine.

No further information is expected to be released regarding this investigation.
