Ive seen kids take over neighborhoods with the full consent of their drunk, drugged crappy parents.
The laws are not enforced fairly but then look at how many illegals ignore deportation orders and how the police show no interest in enforcing them? the only think the government is good at doing is passing the buck to someone else.
