On April 2, 2009 the U.S. Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force along with the Washington County Interagency Gang Enforcement Team (IGET), Beaverton Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit, and the Metro Gang Task Force arrested Damien Ray Garza on a fugitive Assault Warrant issued by The Lakewood Police Department (Pierce County Washington). The warrant stemmed from a gang related murder in Washington State.( I bet he is half mexican with some washed up white momma , from the mexican burrios of LA, where anchor babies become gang members. )

Details:
On March 26, 2009 a gang related murder involving members of the Piru Bloods criminal street gang occurred in Lakewood Washington. Lakewood Washington is located in Pierce County Washington near Tacoma. Detectives from the Lakewood Police Department tracked a suspect, 18-year-old Damien Ray Garza, to Beaverton, Oregon. Lakewood Detectives contacted the Beaverton Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit. Beaverton Detectives located several addresses in Beaverton and unincorporated Washington County. Beaverton Detectives and members of the Washington County Interagency Gang Enforcement Team worked together to identify relatives of the suspect where he might be staying.
On April 2, 2009 the U.S. Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force and the Metro Gang Task Force joined the investigation. At about 2:15 PM, Mr. Garza was seen leaving a relative’s apartment in the 10700 block of SW Butner Road in the unincorporated Community of Cedar Hills. He was taken into custody, without incident, by the U.S. Marshals and investigators from IGET. Detectives from the Lakewood Police Department had just arrived at the location when the arrest was made and are continuing their investigation at this time. Mr. Garza will be lodged in the Washington County Jail on the fugitive warrant pending extradition to Washington. There have been no charges filed against him in Oregon.
