Vancouver Police Investigate Stabbing

Vancouver Police Dept. – 01/23/11

On January 23, 2011 at approximately 7:03 p.m., Vancouver Police responded to a stabbing incident in the area of E Mill Plain Blvd and Garrison Road. A 19 year old male reports that he is waiting at the bus stop when two males approach him and ask him about his association with a gang, the victim tells the suspects he is not in a gang and they begin assaulting him. The suspects take off and the victim realizes that he has been stabbed. The victim goes to a nearby coffee shop parking lot and asks a citizen for help. He was transported to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Suspect #1 is described as an Hispanic male, late teens 5’10”, 160 lbs., with a mustache, wearing a dark colored baseball cap and blue checkered shirt. Suspect #2 is an Hispanic male, late teens, 5’6″, thin to medium build, dark hair, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt.

Anyone with information on this is asked to call Vancouver Police.
