JOSE ROMERO-VALENZUELA Mexican Drug Dealer Stopped Three Times For Speeding 100 miles an Hour enroute to Court In Oregon for Drugs- so why didn’t the police arrest him the second time?

Yeah Mexican Make Great Citizens. What if he had hit an American Family while speeding. I guess American Laws just don’t sink in.

A Las Vegas, Nevada man may have gotten the message to slow down Wednesday morning after an Oregon State Police (OSP) trooper stopped him along Interstate 84 west of The Dalles. During the traffic stop, the trooper discovered the man had been stopped and cited by two other police officers within the last hour for similar high speed traffic violations.

On March 7, 2012 at approximately 8:12 a.m. OSP Trooper Brent Ocheskey stopped a rented 2012 Nissan Altima displaying Washington license plates westbound on Interstate 84 near milepost 76 for traveling 92 mph in a 65 mph speed zone. Ocheskey was looking for the vehicle following a report from Sherman County Sheriff’s Office that a deputy stopped the vehicle westbound near milepost 110 and cited the driver for going 98 mph. During the traffic stop, Ocheskey learned the driver was stopped a third time within the last hour and cited by a Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office deputy for going 105 mph.

The car’s driver, JOSE ROMERO-VALENZUELA, age 34, from Las Vegas, Nevada, told Ocheskey he was enroute to Oregon City for a scheduled appearance in Clackamas County Circuit Court. OSP confirmed he had a 3:00 p.m. preliminary hearing for a drug-related charge.

The three citations totaled over $2,000 in possible fines and other penalties, including a mandatory minimum 30 -– 90 day suspension if convicted related to the citation issued for speeding in excess of 100 mph.

A second OSP trooper set up west of Hood River in case ROMERO-VALENZUELA didn’t get the message to slow down. When spotted near milepost 66, the car was driving the posted 65 mph speed limit.
